Not exactly what you would expect. The arm sticks out way too far and so the tv will not go almost flush with the wall mount. Installing the arm was a nightmare. You can’t fit your fingers in the grooves to line up the bolts. Just not what is advertised.

I’m writing this review to save someone else the headache I went through—please read the description carefully, because I didn’t. This mount does not allow your TV to sit flush against the wall. If your TV is on the smaller side, the mount will be visible and there will be noticeable spacing between the TV and the wall. If that’s hard to picture, please see the photos I’ve attached showing the before and after. We originally had a 55-inch TV and assumed the spacing issue was because the TV was too small, so we upgraded to a 65-inch TV. Unfortunately, the spacing issue was still there. To fix it, we had to purchase an additional extended bracket, which finally allowed the TV to sit lower on the mount and improved the overall look. That extra purchase made a big difference, but it’s something buyers should be aware of upfront. We chose not to use the Bluetooth speaker holder and instead used the handles behind a custom frame I built to cover the mantle as much as possible. It looks much better now, but had I studied the description and reviews more closely, I likely would not have chosen this mount for aesthetic reasons. That said, I’m still giving this a 4-star rating because the mount itself works as expected, feels sturdy, and I do appreciate the handles that allow the TV to be pulled down for a more comfortable viewing angle—especially for neck comfort. Just know that this mount may require extra adjustments or purchases if appearance is important to you.

Great item but hard to install. The amount of effort required to get this installed is quite long and cumbersome. A number of things could’ve been designed and made simpler and easier to aid in installation. Make sure to read all instructions VERY carefully.

The instructions are bad. Things are labeled in standard (1/2") but in reality, the bolts are metric (13mm) and when you're trying to bolt into brick, it actually makes a difference. Also the spacing on some pieces is bad. The bottom piece to hook the soundbar into needs spacing exactly where the cross is, so it can't be centered. We can't be the only one with a Sony OLED TV that isn't great for it. Its fine now that it is up, but was a real pain and we had to take some leaps of faith.
