    Great product but slow delivery

    I guess there is something about the pandemic that is slowing things down but I was pretty annoyed when the website stated things were back to normal and they weren't. That query was responded to by the company and that was that. There was another very annoying problem, though. Before I got the product, the mass emails informed me of the sale ($5.00 less than what I paid!) There was no offer to refund the $5.00 even though the delivery took way longer than it was supposed to. So, even though I like the product very much, there will be nothing but bad comments about the company from me.
