Mount-It! Electric Height Adjustable L Shaped Standing Desk | MI-15002

I work from home and I've had this desk for a month now. It's great:1. The electronic raise and lower mechanism works perfectly with a 100 adjustable heights to get it perfect. I'm short (5'5) and have trouble getting things to the right height. No problem here. There are three positions it can memorize. Right now I have two set - my sit height and stand height. Super easy to adjust between them.2. The finish is great. It's smooth and solid. I sometimes eat at my desk (working lunch) and have crumbs. Super easy to clean off without any marks. I just like how it looks and feels.3. The weight is also really great. Sometimes I put my legs against the desk and lean on it. My old desk would move when I do this. Not so here because it's got a solid weight.Flaws but not deal breakers:1. Installation - this was mostly fine except one top piece did not have holes drilled and this was intentional. I found this confusing because the other top piece did have holes. This caused more work than needed and I found it annoying in an otherwise pain free setup.2. The front drawer got in my way when I was sitting and I found annoying. But no problem I just unscrewed the mount for this and removed it with no discernible effect. Last a Pro-tip: if you're standing buy a standing mat to keep your feet comfortable. This desk works great when you add a mat.

I have been having so many spine and lower back issues- I have narrowed it down to the way I sit at my desk for hours. And as I'm working more at home it has gotten so much worse. I was skeptical about how a standing desk would help. I can't tell you how much it has helped. It's helped my posture my lower back and even my digestion. No more hunching over and eating my lunch while working! The best part though is that it was so easy to set up for me and I'm not the most handy! The package arrives super compact and not complicated at all I didn't even have to ask for support- I felt so accomplished! The directions are super easy to follow and the tutorials on their site make it fool-proof. Overall the desk is very sturdy is versatile to your space and has the potential to relieve office discomfort like it did for me- I would highly recommend!

My son works from home a few days a week and his wife does as well. However they only have one work desk at home so when they are both working from home my son comes to our house which is only a few blocks away to work. We had a makeshift arrangement but just got this adjustable desk. He loves it! He can now work comfortably whether sitting or standing which he likes to do in order to change positions instead of sitting in the same position all day. His work is done entirely on his computer set up. He installed 2 screens on brackets that he attached to the desk and he brings his laptop which offers a 3rd screen. The short L is very handy as is the pull out drawer and the clever addition of the shelf under the desk top that neatly stores the power cords and surge protector. I am quite handy and had no problem with assembling the desk but other people might. It does take 2 people to assembly when it has to be flipped over since it is quite heavy. Heavy is good however since it feels very rock steady. The electrical raising and lowering are so smooth and quiet. The preset height settings are handy for moving the desk top to the user's height. It is also handy since I use the desk as well and prefer a different height than my son does. We have all of these heights programmed into the presets.

I was given this to review by TryIt Sampling. What I received was an L-shaped sit stand desk by Mount-It! I was really excited to get this desk as I have been experiencing back problems for the past couple of years and the occasional working from home and sitting at my desk was hard to do. But this desk has made that ever so much easier. When I feel my back is getting sore I can just hit a button and raise the desk and work from a standing position. This desk was really easy to put together. I was first intimidated by it when I took it all out and laid out the parts but once I looked at the directions and was reading them it was not so hard at all. The biggest decision and putting it together was did I want it right sided or left sided. The instructions laid out and labeled every part necessary for building. It only took me maybe a few hours and it was together and I was incredibly happy with the job that I had done. I went from oh Lord I don’t think I can do this to that was really easy! Now I do have to talk about Mount-It! customer support. I did have one issue with the building early on but it really was the way I was looking at it and reading it snd it had nothing to do with the desk at all. When I called the customer support I got someone on the phone almost immediately the wait time was minimal. And she was extremely helpful. She pulled up the instructions from her computer to see what I was looking at. In the end it was the way I had read it that was wrong and…
