Pros: Sturdy construction. Mostly tight (I'll explain) allows for positioning of monitors and they stay where you place them. Cable guides are sufficient for the task.Cons: with one monitor installed the unit falls over unless you place a wedge under the first monitor. From there you can install the second monitor to balance things out.The VESA plate has too much play when installed on the mounting arm. it can wiggle back and forth and makes aligning your monitors quite imprecise. All other joints are tight just not this one. There is no wrench for the bolts on the arm hinges. These hinges are really tight and a little difficult to adjust. You need two hands to adjust the arms to the correct position plus a third hand to hold the stand in position.Overall: This is a good stand and once set should keep my monitors in place just fine. Fine tuning your monitor position can be a little awkward but not that bad.
