Job Title: ERP/EDI Administrator
Location: Poway, CA (On-site or Hybrid)
Salary: $78,998 – $100,000 per year

About the Role:
Transform Partners, LLC. is seeking an experienced ERP/EDI Administrator to lead and support the implementation and post-go-live operations of Infor CSD and Sellercloud systems. This critical role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, support users, and ensure smooth operations across ERP, WMS, PIM, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP implementation and post implementation activities for Infor CSD and Sellercloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and solutions during the final implementation phase of Infor CSD and Infor TWL WMS.
- Provide ongoing updates, improvements, and support post implementation.
- Oversee the EDI process to execute system changes and enhancements as necessary.
- Work with the consulting team to meet all implementation goals, timelines, and objectives.
- Perform ongoing system analysis/testing, and create process flows to improve business effectiveness within the ERP, WMS, PIM, and CRM systems.
- Provide administrative, technical support and training to co-workers, and troubleshoot issues related to Infor CSD and EDI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required
- Experience with Infor CSD, Infor TWL WMS, Sellercloud, and EDI workflows
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to document processes and work across departments
- Proven success in ERP implementation or post-implementation support is a strong plus
