low budget solution
I don't think you can adjust to a regular desk level but I have a tall stool and a foot rest when I don't want to stand anymore. I use it for live streaming which I do on my feet. Utilitarian I hook gear up to the levels.. And ample space for monitor and laptop with handy lower shelves for a printer etc. . Not very pretty to look at and a little clunky to adjust -but it does the job for a fraction of the price of most sit stand desks and can be rolled out of sight when not in use.

Great workstation (if you're taller)
I find this sit/stand workstation perfect for my needs. The other reviewer mentions it's hard to move up and down if you're on the shorter side and I would agree however I'm 6'3'' so it's not a problem for me.

This is a STANDING workstation
If you want a standing desk - this is great. I wanted a sit/stand desk and was disappointed to realize that the lowest setting was way too tall for what I intended it for. The lowest setting is 37 high and a normal desk is 30 high. So in reality - it's an adjustable height standing desk. I do think that should be clearly stated. That being said - I do really like the desk! It provides a good amount of desk space but doesn't take up a lot of room. I ended up buying a barstool and it now works great as a regular desk. Again just know that this will not work with a normal chair.

Heavier than it looks
The desk was easy to assemble. All parts were well labeled and easy to identify. The desk is not easy to move up and down. You have to raise it all the way to the top before you can lower it. I'm 5'2 and it's up to my chin at the highest level. It all takes a lot of muscle to lift and lower it since it's an awkward shape. I would spend the extra money if they had this style with pneumatics.

Ok and has defects :/
I did quite a bit of research before going with this product. I am happy with the option for standing which was a must for me. I wish it would have been more compact. Don’t make your purchase decision based on the pictures the desk looks different as it’s not a grey leg nor 100% the style shown. I have some time now so I plan on trimming and resize it because the top two shelves are bigger than I personally want. Also keep in mind that this desk is not ideal to use as for normal height sitting. As someone who is 6’3 and sitting on the highest level of my regular office chair is still not ergonomic. I’ll likely get a stool to be at a comfortable height. Lastly I was disappointed with a few defects especially the lowest shelf because only 2 of the 4 screws were properly lined up. I have it set up with the only two and hope my printer weight keeps the board in place. I wanted to send it back but I couldn’t afford the pain of doing international shipping waiting and the associated costs. Now looking at the $160 USD I paid I think it might have a little too much considering all I have to do to make it work. If you good with these issues go for it but honestly I would not recommend this product based on my experience. Hope this review can be helpful.

One of the pieces was drilled wrong.
I ordered this table after ordering a similar item on Amazon.The first one I got had defects so I sent it back. The replacement also had different defects and sent that one back. I then ordered from Mount-It hoping for better luck but it did not happen. Upon having the table almost assembled I found that a metal bar was not drilled properly and cannot attach securely or enable it to attach to one of the shelves. I called the company. The guy I spoke to was helpful but he could not find an instruction manual. I had to scan it and sent it to him. Once he was able to determine the part I needed he said he would have it sent to me. I believe he entered the order and I received a tracking number but 5 days later the part has still not shipped and I have an unfinished table. It is now too late to to take the whole thing apart and and ship it back. I could never get it back in the box. These things should be inspected before they are shipped.
