    I'm reviewing so I can perhaps help others who had the same issue I did and they will be able to still use the item. The instructions are only photos. It should include in the directions to make sure the tiny screws in piece B (the clamp) are Allen wrenched out of the threaded opening before inserting the pole. Then use the Allen wrench to tighten them to the pole or the pole won't be inserted properly.I also couldn't use the key board tray as I would like it to go flat on the desk but the design doesn't allow that. I'm using a laptop stand instead for the keyboard. I'm also placing the tray from Mount-it on top so I can use my mouse too while standing.I just set it up yesterday so I hope the monitor stays in place on the pole. It feels like it could use something else to hold it in place. This is the only sit stand monitor are that is long enough for me to comfortably attach my 27 monitor so I hope it continues to perform well.One more note make sure your desk is solid wood not a honeycomb filled board or the pressure will be too great for the arm and monitor. I had to get a solid wood desk top for this to be stable.
