  1. Assembled desk is nice but support isn’t

    Assembly went ok until the part where the brackets connecting the sections were to be installed. There were no pre-drilled holes for the brackets though the assembly instructions clearly showed them in the diagrams. I called Mount-it support for clarification but was put on hold by automated system for a long time, so I hung up, dialed back and left a callback number. Never received a callback. I marked and predrilled the needed holes and completed assembly. Don’t count on any help from Mount-it if you need it though.
